On behalf of Cooperative Educational Service Agency 5 (CESA 5), the Wisconsin Data Hub is being provided to school districts who are members of their local CESA at no cost. The retail cost of annual access is $595.00. CESA 5 has full authority to restrict user or school district access to Wisconsin Data Hub at any time for any reason and to update the retail cost.
Local school district data submitted by users must be accurate. The submission of null data or incorrect data, which in the opinion of CESA 5 jeopardizes the integrity of the data set, may result in a user’s or school district’s access being removed. All decisions regarding Wisconsin Data Hub, including those related to appropriate usage and user access, will be made by CESA 5 at its sole discretion.
Your access to and use of the Wisconsin Data Hub is conditioned on your acknowledgement, acceptance of, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Wisconsin Data Hub.
CESA 5 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
